Or for £10.00, you can send me a detailed letter outlining your canine problem to which you will receive a long, word processed, personalised response as well as articles and help-sheets appropriate to the behaviour detailed as well as recommended book lists. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Lisa Williams stating clearly which information you require. No cheque will be drawn upon until 3 days after the requested information is sent to ensure that you have received the information required. You should receive your response within 7 days.
